SHIPPING POLICY
At Touch in Sol cosmetics, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and we offer the highest level of responsiveness.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $35†. The free shipping discount is applied automatically in cart when the $35 threshold is reached. The free shipping discount applies to Standard shipping only.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. The below shipping methods are estimated delivery times in business days and will differ based on your shipping address as well as during peak holiday times.

PROCESSING TIME
Once confirmed, your order will take 1-2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If you order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order has shipped. Please wait up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available after you receive the shipping confirmation. 
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

SHIPPING RATES WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Our packages will be shipped via USPS, FEDEX, DHL and/or UPS.
No USPS delivery Sundays. No Delivery 12/25.

Order Delivered 3-5 Days*

Orders outside the Continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, Territories, APO/FPO will take longer based on address. Same charges apply.

Free Standard shipping valid on all purchases. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. See above for shipping details. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. Valid on shipments to the U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO only. Terms of offer are subject to change.

While we strive to meet our guaranteed ship window, unforeseen circumstances such as high order volume or carrier delays may impact delivery times.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT NEXT?
We will only replace items within 30 days if they are defective, damaged or returns have been initiated. Replacement items are not eligible for exchange or a claim. Email us at support@touchinsol-us.com 

LOST OR OPENED PACKAGES
For lost and/or opened packages we will need to open a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is complete, we will issue a replacement or a refund depending on the outcome. Please make sure to provide a safe address for delivery.
