SOL Society Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the SOL Society Loyalty Program, offered by Touch in SOL. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The SOL Society program is open to individuals aged 18 or older with a valid customer account at touchinsol-us.com. Participation is free and automatic upon account creation, unless otherwise specified.

2. Earning Points

Points may be earned through eligible purchases and qualified activities as outlined on the SOL Society web page. Points are calculated based on the subtotal amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts), and only apply to purchases made through the official Touch in SOL website.

Touch in SOL reserves the right to determine which actions qualify for point accumulation and may modify eligible activities at any time without prior notice.

3. Redeeming Points

Points may be redeemed for store credit or discounts as described in the Rewards Redemption section. Redemption options and point values are subject to change at our discretion.

Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be combined across multiple accounts.

4. Point Expiration

Points will expire after 18 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as no purchases, redemptions, referrals, or point-earning activities during that time period.

5. Tiers & Benefits

The program includes three tier levels (SOL Gloss Princess, SOL Shine Queen, and SOL Glow Royalty), each with increasing benefits. Tier status is determined by point accumulation and is valid for 18 months from the date achieved.

Touch in SOL reserves the right to change tier requirements, benefits, or tier structure at any time, with or without notice.

6. Referral Program

Points may be awarded through our referral program when a referred friend makes a qualifying purchase. Referral rewards may not be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to verify referral eligibility and to void or withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse.

7. Account Adjustments

Points may be deducted for returns, canceled orders, or suspected misuse of the program. We reserve the right to revoke points or tier status for any reason, including abuse, fraud, or system manipulation.

8. Modifications and Termination

Touch in SOL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SOL Society Loyalty Program — in whole or in part — at any time and for any reason. This includes changes to point values, tier structures, redemption options, and participation criteria. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the SOL Society page.

9. Limitation of Liability

Touch in SOL is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed communications; system errors; or any technical or human error in the administration of the program.
